Scenic Foothills Community Council Meeting May 5

Scenic Foothills Community Council (SFCC) will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 5, in the auditorium at Wayland Baptist University, 7801 East 32nd Avenue. Access via Old Muldoon Road off 36th Avenue, west of Muldoon Road. Spruce Up Muldoon & Anchorage Citywide Cleanup events, Capital Improvement Project discussion and board elections.

We have plenty of room and everyone is welcome.

Sale for the Trail Saturday, April 30

The sale will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at 8521 Little Dipper Avenue and 3220 Evergreen Street and 3220 Shamrock Street. All proceeds go to the matching grant to fund Chugach Foothills Connector Trail, Phase 1.

Glenn-Muldoon Interchange Road & Ramp Closures Apr. 15-19

Beginning 9:00pm Friday, April 15, the Muldoon Road and Boundary Avenue intersection, the northbound Glenn Highway On-ramp at Muldoon Road, and the northbound Glenn Highway Off-ramp to Muldoon Road will be CLOSED until 5:30am Tuesday, April 19. Please plan accordingly and follow construction signs for DETOUR routes to Boniface Parkway and Debarr Road.

At all other times, be alert to flagging operations, shoulder work and trucks entering and exiting the roadway within the project area. Click on the graphic to see the entire flyer.
